  SHIPPING & RETURNES  

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Expedited and trucking orders do not qualify for free freight. (Example A-Frames, Booms)

  • Hazardous Materials do not qualify for free freight. (Example Acetone)

  • COD Fees are charged.

  • Drop shipped orders from vendors do not qualify for free freight.

  • Buyer must inspect all packages prior to signing.  Any claims of shortages or damages must me made to shipping company at time of receipt.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • A Return Authorization Number (RGA#) is required for all product Returns.  Email info@ShopToolster.com for an RGA#.  No Returns will be accepted without an RGA#.

  • A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied to all items that are non-defective unless authorized by Representative.

  • All returns must be shipped in original - unopened condition to receive FULL credit.

  • No returns authorized after 60 days.

  • No returns on chemicals, adhesives - Hazardous Materials.

  • No returns on special orders.

  • Customers must pay shipping charges on all returns.

  • All claims of damage or shortage must be reported to logistics prior to signing or (for small packages) to Infinity Diamond within 24 hours.
